It may be possible. Commercial arrangements depend on the individual partner proposition and the agreement reached, so this is something we work through with each organisation.
Who actually performs the drone searches?
Suitable searches are fulfilled by professional drone operators from the Drone Assisted network. Pet Search remains the customer facing service and Drone Assisted provides the operational capability.
Is every missing pet incident suitable for drone deployment?
No. Each request is assessed for operational suitability, taking account of airspace, weather, terrain, site access and pilot availability. Not every request results in a drone search.
Can eligibility rules be agreed for our customers?
Yes. Partner arrangements can define which customers are eligible and in what circumstances, agreed as part of the commercial arrangement.
